Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!

I just always assumed that corned beef was as Irish as Bushmills. But according to this article in Oakland Magazine, it’s as Irish as Kung Pao chicken is Asian! In other words… Irish corned beef is all American. The article has a great run down on local events and some instructions on how to make one’s own corned beef – which I might actually be interested in…  hmm…  Anyone want to join me for corned beef hash?
