Oakmore

Situated just above the Dimond District and to the South of Glenview lies Oakland’s Oakmore neighborhood. Homes in Oakmore date from the 1920s and 1930s, and feature classic Tudors, Craftsman homes, and Mediterranean architecture. Oakmore is almost exclusively single family homes, and is close to both the Glenview and Montclair neighborhoods. Since the Oakmore neighborhood is a little higher altitude than the  Dimond, Laurel or Glenview neighborhoods, many Oakmore homes have incredible bay views.
